'04 Maverick Oval Chassis

‘04 Maverick Oval Chassis (slider version):
    Based on the successful ‘03 design, the ‘04 Maverick Oval Chassis builds on this highly adjustable platform and makes it even better.  Upgrade features include:  longer wheelbase, stiffened front section, stiffened cross brace tab, repositioned bumper holes, improved Battery Trays, improved Nerf Wing, redesigned Cross Brace, and more.  
    The Maverick Oval Chassis is thick.  Made from high quality 3mm carbon fiber (graphite), this chassis is very rigid.  This means easier tuning of the suspension and more noticeable changes, because chassis flex isn’t in the equation.
    Super adjustable Front Plate.  Allows for multiple tuning options for front end location.  Both in wheelbase and in offset.  Fine tuning your front end location has never been easier.  
    One time steering servo mounting.  The steering servo is mounted directly onto the Front Plate, not the chassis.  When the Front Plate is moved for tuning adjustments, the servo moves at the same time, there’s no need to remount the servo.
    The Front Plate can easily be modified.  The Front Plate can be cut into two sections, increasing the number of front end tuning options.  
    Short and long wheelbase holes for mounting the front bumper.  There are two sets of front bumper mounting holes, to allow the bumper to be moved back when running shorter wheelbase.
    Multiple center shock mounting holes.  These allow for the use of longer shocks, longer shock shafts or longer ball cups.  
    T-Plate pivot ball adjustment holes.  There are four small holes located around each of the two holes that are used when bolting the t-plate to the chassis.  Slide an .050 wrench through the holes to adjust and maintain the pivot ball tension.  
    There are two sets of tray adaptor holes on the chassis.  They allow extreme Battery Tray placement for maximum front weight bias, or maximum rear weight bias.  
    Three center post holes in the front of the chassis.

Front Bumpers:
    Two sets of mounting holes, for adjusting the bumper to the wheelbase being run.  
    Three body mount locations.     
    Holes for a lexan nose brace.  
    And, holes to mount the transponder on the bumper, either the new personal transponders, or a traditional transponder.  (Front Bumper comes in low cost G-10, or light weight carbon fiber.)

5 Slot Wide Battery Tray:
    Made from 3mm thick carbon fiber, this Wide Battery Tray will allow the batteries to be positioned farther out from the chassis center line, increasing corner speeds.  
    An area for a five cell receiver battery, offset full left, or the receiver itself can be located in this spot.  
    A fifth cell slot has been added to the rear of the Tray, allowing for even more left rear weight bias.  
    Increased area for the ESC, which can be mounted in rear area of the Tray.  
    There are Transponder Mounting holes on the Tray.  This allows a standard transponder to be placed on the Battery Tray, to increase the left side weight bias.

‘03 Chassis Brace:
    Three body mount locations.
    Three side shock mounting locations.
    Works with all of the Maverick Oval Chassis  and ASC pod.

‘04 Chassis Brace:
    Multiple side shock mounting locations.
    Improved side shock location lines up with our ‘04 Performance Pod.  Works well with all of the Maverick Oval Chassis and our ‘04 Pod.
